NBA Star of the Week
Roy has the young Blazers rolling
Brandon Roy – The second year PG has led the Blazers to maybe the best week any team has played all year. The Blazers went 4-0 for the week, winning home and away against Utah, home against Golden State and at Denver to extend their winning streak to 7. In the four wins Roy averaged 23 points, 6 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1 steal.

Goat of the Week
Is this picture even real?
Yao Ming – How overrated is this guy? Before the season, ESPN NBA stats guru John Hollinger actually ranked Yao as the #1 player in his Player Efficiency Ratings (PER). Well, the Rockets are 12-12 and have lost 11 of their last 17 games. They have to take Yao out for defensive purposes late in games. The guy is 7-6 and he can’t be trusted on defense? Give me a break.
